We are looking forward to welcoming all pupils back to school in September. Important information about September can be found on the End of Term Newsletter in the Latest Newsletters section.
Term begins for most pupils on Wednesday 9th September. Start dates for Nursery and Reception have been sent to families separately as different groups have different start dates.
Following guidance, different Year Groups will have a different start times so that we can limit the number of people on site at any one time and limit mixing of people. Details about these are in the letter.
If you have any questions or concerns about September, please email firstname.lastname@example.org during the holiday period.
We do not expect children to work over the Summer Holidays but for those who would like to keep doing some work please use our Learning Section on the website. On this is an Activities page with lots of links to different sites. Also take a look at the Year Group page that your child has been in this year (2019-20), teachers have uploaded a page with some ideas of Key Skills that can be practiced should you want to keep accessing learning during the holiday period.

We have just around 460 children on roll at school from Nursery up to Year 6. From Reception to Year Six, there are two classes per year group with up to 33 children in each class (In Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 class sizes are limited to 30). As well as a teacher in each class, each year group also has Educational Teaching Assistants to support learning. You can find out more about our staff in the Key Information Section.
We have a 30 place Nursery that offers full or half day sessions for all families eligible for 30 hours funding. For universal 15 hours, we offer 5 morning, 5 afternoon sessions or 2.5 days. Where the chosen sessions go slightly above the funded hours, a top up payment is required each half term. There is also a Pre-School onsite who can provide wrap around care for our Nursery children.
